Technical Program Manager, Silicon

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end silicon program execution from architecture through tapeout and ramp.
• Coordinate with front-end design, verification, physical design, DFT, foundry, and packaging
• Manage external engagements with ASIC houses, IP vendors, foundries, OSATs.
• Develop AI-assisted approaches to program management and status reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in silicon/SoC program management or equivalent.
• Direct ownership of at least one taped-out, production-reached program with detailed milestones.
• Technical fluency across silicon lifecycle (front-end, DV, PD, DFT, foundry, packaging).
• Experience managing external silicon partners with SOW scoping and delivery tracking.
• Strong written communication and autonomous, low-process work style.
• BS/MS in EE/CE/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
