Technical Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day delivery across a complex legacy transformation programme
• Coordinate engineering, business, architecture and third-party supplier workstreams
• Validate progress, scope and delivery evidence through Jira/Confluence
• Manage plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
• Drive Agile planning, backlog management, prioritisation and release coordination
• Prepare executive presentations, governance updates and decision materials

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale technical transformation, modernisation or platform replacement
• Evidenced delivery of complex tech programmes £10m+
• Hands-on capability with Jira and Confluence; validate progress against scope
• Experience across engineering, business stakeholders and external suppliers
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe or hybrid delivery
• Strong governance, risk, dependency and financial management
