Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle of complex projects across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage risk frameworks, governance, change control and issue resolution.
• Oversee technical delivery with understanding of SDLC, integrations, frontend/backend.
• Mentor junior PMs and drive delivery standards and practices.
• Communicate clearly with executives and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, Business Admin or related field.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or Agile Practitioner certification.
• 3–5+ years PM experience; 3+ years with software teams; 2–3+ years in gaming or regulated digital
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall; Jira proficiency.
• Proven leadership, risk management and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication; regulatory/compliance project exposure is a plus.
