🎯 Requirements

• MBA or equivalent; Bachelor's in CS/Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years as Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies with multinational teams.
• Proficient with Jira or Trello for agile tracking.
