• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects with schedules and deadlines.
• Direct experience working with software engineering teams.
• Advanced English level for effective communication with global clients.
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments; map requirements to technology tasks.
• Strong ability to drive execution from design through deployment and adoption.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives across teams.
