Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day planning and delivery across data platform, integration, API, and data product
• Translate mission priorities into actionable roadmaps, milestones, backlogs, user stories, and
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams continuously improve
• Maintain integrated view of scope, schedule, capacity, progress, risks, issues, actions, and
• Coordinate commitments and escalations across organizations to remove delivery blockers
• Represent 540 as a trusted delivery partner with federal customers and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, technical delivery, or related roles
• Experience leading software/data/cloud/platform delivery efforts
• Technical fluency to understand architectures, data flows, and delivery risks
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; proficient with Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
• Bachelor’s Degree required; 540 Senior Project Manager role
