📋 Description

• Own complex engineering programs end to end
• Define and manage scope, milestones, timelines, risks
• Drive cross-functional trade-offs and document decisions
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers on tech details
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and GTM
• Establish operating cadence and report program health

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management
• Strong technical intuition; read design docs and discuss sequencing
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives at scale
• Influence teams without direct authority; manage ambiguity
• Excellent written/verbal communication with engineers, product, execs
• Strong organizational/analytical skills across dependencies and risks
