• Drive multi-team engineering initiatives with cross-group sequencing
• Maintain dependency graph and critical path across teams
• Identify blockers and surface dependencies before they become blockers
• Coordinate across engineering, product, design, data, and leadership
• Provide concise updates for non-technical stakeholders
• Chase down answers and keep work moving forward

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing complex, multi-team software projects
• Strong systems and dependency thinking; ability to see interlocks across plans
• Technical fluency to follow architecture decisions and tradeoffs
• Excellent written communication and proactive collaboration
• Experience working with distributed/remote engineering teams
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies; tooling like Jira, Linear, or Shortcut
