Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering and product organizations.
• Own program delivery end-to-end with engineering leads, PMs, designers, and stakeholders.
• Set standard for planning, execution, and communication across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical project/program management in software/tech.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practices; adapt to team context.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (epics, sprints, reporting) and Confluence.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messaging from IC to executive levels.
