📋 Description

• Lead AI-first projects end-to-end from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Translate business, clinical, and market goals into actionable requirements.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery blockers.
• Coordinate standups, Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder comms, and vendor activities.
• Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Work with engineering to clarify requirements and architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Technical Project Management, PM, or BA.
• At least 3 years managing fast-paced, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products with engineering teams.
• Strong business analysis: elicitation, stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, gap analysis.
• Strong technical fluency; can discuss architecture and delivery plans.
• Demonstrated 90%+ delivery rate on projects.
