Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, forming trusted relationships with clinicians
• Own and manage complex, technical implementation and integration projects from kickoff through
• Consult with customer technical teams on data extraction, transformation, and load into Bluesight
• Validate, reconcile, and analyze data from disparate systems to ensure data integrity
• Escalation point for issues requiring cross-team coordination
• Set clear expectations, manage timelines and risk, and ensure follow-through

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role including support or project management
• 2-4+ years of project management experience handling technical projects
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Ability to build trusting relationships with customer stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication, translating technical concepts for non-technical
