Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and shape complex engineering programs across multiple teams
• Own end-to-end program definition, planning, delivery, and iteration
• Coordinate across engineering, product, design, security, and GTM
• Provide updates on program health, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and customers
• Improve engineering productivity with tooling and lightweight processes, including AI-native tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management for multi-team programs
• Strong technical intuition; ability to critique designs and sequence work
• Proven track record delivering at scale with external commitments (GA/launch)
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and executive audiences
• Judgment to balance process with speed and rigor
• Tech stack familiarity: Go, Postgres, GCP, Kubernetes, gRPC, TypeScript, React, Kotlin
