Technical Project Manager, HR Operations

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR tech projects
• Bridge People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors; translate needs into tech
• Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs
• Manage configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools
• Drive process documentation and change management for adoption
• Identify gaps and propose automation and AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in HR/People Ops
• Hands-on HRIS experience (UKG Pro, Workday, or similar)
• Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent communication; translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
