• Coordinate and oversee all stages of project management within the Solana ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Identify project risks and mitigate them to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Adopt best practices and tools for PM in DeFi and DEX contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry.
• Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
