🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
Proven project management experience in blockchain/DeFi.
Strong understanding of Solana and decentralized exchanges.
Excellent problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and leadership to manage teams and stakeholders.
PMP certification is a plus.
