🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in project management within blockchain or DeFi.
• Strong understanding of Solana and decentralized exchanges.
• Excellent problem solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage teams and stakeholders.
• PMP certification is a plus.
