Technical Project Manager (Remote from Poland)

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle of cross-functional tech projects; deliver on time, scope and budget.
• Lead strategic initiatives: market entries, platform upgrades, product launches, certifications.
• Coordinate dependencies and milestones across departments; create actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into structured plans.
• Support roadmap prioritisation; assess feasibility, impact, risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, or related field.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or Agile Practitioner or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years PM experience; 3+ years with software development teams.
• 2–3+ years in Gaming or other regulated digital environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall; adapt approach per project.
• Advanced experience with Jira and other PM tools; reporting/configuration.
