Technical Project Manager (TPM)

📋 Description

• Lead agile product design and development initiatives, guiding end-to-end digital products.
• Coordinate communication across product, UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan, set priorities, and drive implementation.
• Own scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and delivery workflows.
• Define scopes of work and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Maintain organized backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical or product project management.
• Experience launching user-centric software across full lifecycle; mobile a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and adaptable delivery styles.
• Ability to manage scopes, backlogs, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and teams.
• Motivate and support multidisciplinary teams; foster collaborative environment.
