Own the daily execution of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
Support lean sprint management with daily standups, prioritization, and milestones across offshore
Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.
Maintain sprint boards; flag blockers/dependencies to the Program Manager.
Collaborate with engineering and QA leads to align with release goals.
Report sprint progress, velocity, and risks to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of technical project/product management experience in software.
Strong experience managing sprints/backlogs using Trello (or similar).
Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams across time zones.
Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and requirements.
Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies in real-world settings.
