Own community operating model, governance, and engagement metrics.
Drive practitioner engagement and cross-functional collaboration at scale.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years enablement, community mgmt, or technical program mgmt in enterprise tech.
5+ years leading communities of practice or centers of excellence.
2+ years direct experience with AI technologies.
Proven ability to build programs from scratch in matrixed orgs.
Experience presenting strategy to VP/SVP audiences with measurable impact.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
