Analyze, reconcile, and audit maintenance data in TRAX and databases
Review original/electronic records for accuracy and FAA compliance
Ensure proper TRAX tracking and retention methods (paper/electronic)
Support documentation of Airworthiness Directives and Life Limited Parts Removal
Maintain compliance with 121.380 and FAA regs

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum 2 years aviation records experience
Familiar with FARs, TRAX eMRO, Flydocs
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
