• Lead thoughtful first-round screens and excite candidates about Canals.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide market feedback, and shape processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, including tech talent.
• Exceptional sourcing and ability to break down unfamiliar roles.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to identify red flags.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop cross-domain expertise.
• High ownership, accountability, and ability to manage priorities.
