📋 Description

• Full lifecycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML.
• Source, engage, and close candidates; partner with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Advise on candidate profiles, sourcing strategy, timelines, and compensation.
• Develop sourcing strategies; identify passive talent and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with People Team on administrative and coordination needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Data, Product, AI/ML).
• Startup experience; comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability sourcing passive candidates and filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, profiles, sourcing strategy, timelines, and
• Experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus); quick to learn new systems.
