Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships with IT professionals and local networking groups.
• Review technical requirements and present resumes to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with sales to drive delivery strategies for consultants and candidates.
• Support multiple IT roles from help desk to network engineering and leadership positions.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to fulfill direct-hire roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 3+ years IT recruiting in lieu of degree.
• 1-3 years’ technology recruiting experience.
• Active member of IT community or networking groups.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite; Bullhorn experience preferred.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
