📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles (engineering, ML/AI, infra)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand problems and raise the hiring bar
• Design and execute search strategies from market mapping to closing
• Manage multiple complex searches while preserving candidate experience
• Advise candidates through a rigorous process with clarity and empathy
• Represent ElevenLabs as an ambassador—reflecting our values in every interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering/technical talent; 3+ yrs preferred
• Experience running full-cycle tech recruiting: sourcing, stakeholders, closing
• Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts
• Translate technical/business needs into clear hiring strategies and narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-paced remote-first environments across global time zones
