Technical Recruiter (McGregor)

📋 Description

• Manage full desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
• Partner with client groups on headcount, requisitions, strategy
• Screen and source candidates, including passive candidates
• Support candidate tours and onsite interview experience
• Assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding logistics
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities in a fast-paced env

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 1+ years recruiting; or associate + 2+ years; or 3+ years in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of technical recruiting; 2+ years of SGA recruiting
• Experience in-house recruiting and high-volume hiring
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing
• Comfort with recruiting data, reporting, and stakeholder influence
