📋 Description

• Full desk recruiting for mission-critical roles at SpaceX.
• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen, source, and interview candidates; onboard and manage candidate experience.
• Provide tours and co-interview with client groups; participate in offer process and background

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting, or associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years recruiting
• 2+ years of technical recruiting and SGA recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers and skilled labor.
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing; ability to analyze recruiting data.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates; ability to differentiate top% candidates
