Technical Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain key account relationships
• Act as technical liaison between customers and the manufacturing floor
• Convert customer needs into actionable production solutions
• Generate new business via inbound inquiries and proactive prospecting
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, manufacturing, and service to produce quotes
• Travel occasionally for customer visits and industry trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to juggle priorities
• Comfortable operating in a manufacturing setting and coordinating across departments
• Availability to work on-site full-time at listed locations
