📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customized analytical projects.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, including statements of work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to revenue
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge across a broad range of analytical methods.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./M.S. in Materials Science or equivalent in education and experience.
• Experience (academic or industrial) in surface analyst, materials science or microscopy.
• Preferred experience with materials characterization and microscopy techniques (TEM, SEM, FIB/Dual
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient communicator and listener with strong analysis and judgment skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
