📋 Description

Serve as a primary technical contact for users and customers
Act as a primary implementation resource for client projects
Provide second-level technical support for healthcare IT systems

🎯 Requirements

5+ years IT support/technical services experience
Bachelor’s in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or equal experience
Healthcare IT support experience preferred
Strong customer service and relationship skills
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting
Experience with Windows, Linux, PC/server hardware
