• Solve complex MongoDB issues for large customers.
• Advise on architecture, performance, recovery and security.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to internal tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Linux performance, memory, I/O tuning, security.
• Networking: DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS.
• Storage: NAS, SAN, SSD, caching.
• Experience building/maintaining production DB systems.
• Read code; scripting in Java, Python, Ruby, JS, Go.
• Understand customer workloads and scalability needs.
