Technical Services Engineer - Partners

📋 Description

• Work with top customers/partners to solve architecture, performance, recovery, security issues
• Serve as expert on standard methods for running MongoDB at scale
• Advocate for customer/partner needs by collaborating with product teams
• Contribute to internal projects for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics
• Mentor and ramp up new team members, building knowledge of new product lines
• Collaborate with top ISV partners to ensure joint customer excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Solid systems engineering: Linux performance, memory, I/O tuning, security
• Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS
• Experience building/maintaining production databases (RDBMS or NoSQL)
• Basic coding/scripting in Java, Python, Ruby, C/C++, C#, JS, Node.js, or Go
• Experience troubleshooting from application to storage
• Excellent communication and ability to stay calm under pressure
