📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for hardest technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infra
• Build and run an AI-forward sourcing stack using tools and automation at the top of the funnel
• Design AI-assisted outreach that is highly personalized and credible
• Map deep talent pools and surface undiscovered candidates beyond obvious sources
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and criteria
• Track conversion, test messaging, and pivot when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical/engineering sourcing experience
• Fluent with AI tooling for recruiting and automation
• Built sourcing programs or AI/automation workflows from scratch
• Technically literate with ability to interpret engineering profiles
• Organized, precise, and data-driven with strong calibration skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to engage candidates with a human touch
