• Strong recruiting and sourcing experience in engineering in a fast-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency through technology, processes, and workflow.
• Excellent relationship-building, consulting, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven with analytical mindset and ability to think critically.
• Detail-oriented project management with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Sophisticated knowledge of ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM (GEM preferred).
