📋 Description

• Identify qualified technology candidates and support recruiters with sourcing and relationship
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand position requirements and candidate profiles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality technical talent
• Use LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods to engage potential candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Create engaging job descriptions, outreach messages, emails, and candidate communications

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar
• Experience with different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Intermediate German language skills, both written and spoken (preferred)
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work remotely
