Technical Sourcer (Contract)

📋 Description

• The Technical Sourcer will own top-of-funnel talent acquisition activities, creating scalable
• Proactively source candidates across technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines aligned with current openings and future hiring
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and ideal
• Create personalized outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the organization’s mission
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification when needed to identify strong potential

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, business development, or a related talent-focused
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting
• Ability to identify, research, and engage passive candidates effectively.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create personalized outreach messages at
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple roles and candidate
