Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role
Experience using different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English; intermediate German preferred
Proactive, results-oriented; able to work remotely and manage priorities
