📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve issues across robotic operations, software systems, scan quality, data
• Use diagnostics, telemetry, logs, and monitoring data to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Reproduce problems, collect diagnostic info, and perform rigorous technical analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on complex issues requiring cross-functional expertise.
• Develop scripts, automations, and lightweight tools to speed investigations and reduce manual work.
• Use AI tools and agents to increase efficiency in investigations and analysis workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, systems, or similar environments.
• Ability to analyze telemetry, logs, metrics to identify root causes.
• Experience with scripting or automation using Python, SQL, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate investigations and workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written communication for non-technical stakeholders.
