Provide incident management and support for Everbridge solutions in Norway
Analyze and solve product issues reported by customers per SLAs
Help develop monitoring capabilities for products across deployment patterns
Proactively monitor outstanding incidents for assigned customers
Provide feedback to Platform Engineering and product teams to improve resilience
Perform software upgrades, installation, configuration, and verification in Linux environments

🎯 Requirements

Experience in Unix/Linux environments
Experience with IP configuration, VPN, databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), routing, security
Fluency in Norwegian (verbal and written) is a must
Preferably telecom network experience (2G/3G/4G/5G)
Knowledge of Cisco routers/switches, AWS cloud services, and basic scripting is preferred
Linux or Cisco certifications are a plus
