Technical Support Engineer (Level 2)

📋 Description

• Proactive monitoring of proprietary trading platforms
• Identify key challenges and gaps; provide solutions
• Register and resolve service requests and incidents
• Assist DevOps, Developer and QA engineer teams
• Communicate with client/partner representatives; provide aid as needed
• Share knowledge with colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• UNIX/Linux training (Ubuntu, RHEL will be a plus)
• Experience in Unix/Linux command line and Linux systems
• Basic shell scripting (awk, perl, etc.)
• Strong analysis, investigation and troubleshooting skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
