Technical Support Officer (Domestic/Textile)

📋 Description

• Advisory role within SGS for non-food compliance across regulatory landscape.
• Review pack copy and product specs to meet EU/UK legislation and client requirements.
• Engage with clients, suppliers, design agencies and other stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings with BD/account managers, clients and agencies.
• Provide guidance on legislation, codes of practice, and guidelines.
• Develop technical sign-off checklists and ensure accuracy of regulatory work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Technical background with test methods and reports understanding.
• Knowledge of consumer protection legislation.
• Preferred postgraduate in regulatory affairs or quality management.
• Certifications in compliance or QA are a plus.
