🎯 Requirements

Experience with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., NetOps, VNC, TeamViewer)
Strong mechanical and software troubleshooting knowledge
Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and reduce downtime through proactive outreach
Familiarity with photo finishing equipment or related tech preferred
