Technical Systems Program Manager, User Operations

📋 Description

• Own and drive CRM systems initiatives across support
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and engineering teams to identify pain points, define
• Align cross-functional stakeholders including Revenue Ops, Support Delivery, Risk, Engineering
• Help operationalize AI-native workflows with scalable automation and human-in-the-loop processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving high-impact technical programs (PM or TPM)
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and user operations
• Experience across CRM systems, routing engines, adjacent systems
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to execution
• Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, event-driven architectures, and Salesforce capabilities
• Experience with Engineering, Revenue Ops, Security, and Enterprise Platform teams
