Technical Vehicle Test Operator

📋 Description

• Drive test vehicles on long-distance missions up to 300-400 miles.
• Travel on extensive trips across the U.S. up to 50%.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware while on the road.
• Execute testing per strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Maintain accurate reports on vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide feedback on system performance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years' related experience required. Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid driver's license; pass Motor Vehicle Record checks.
• Ability to pass 10-panel drug screening and criminal background checks.
• 0–2 years of experience in vehicle testing, validation, or development shop support.
• Technical proficiency with computers; terminal commands and GitHub.
• Proficient in vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools (OBD, CAN tools).
