📋 Description

• Own documentation for one or more product areas and partner with product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to stay accurate and release-aligned.
• Build deep product-area expertise by testing tech and documenting real user needs.
• Manage documentation projects from planning through publication and maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs and incorporate customer perspectives.
• Improve structure, clarity, and completeness using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing with a portfolio of developer docs (guides, API refs, tutorials).
• Experience understanding, testing, and documenting complex software products and environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related tools.
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-premise, or enterprise tech.
• Docs-as-code workflows, Git, Markdown, AI-assisted workflows, and Docusaurus.
• Adapt content for engineers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
