📋 Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams to define, design, create
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team and stakeholders across time zones.
• Deliver clear, concise documentation for IAM administrators configuring, managing, and using the
• Investigate and learn Ping Identity products and the standards they depend on to ensure accurate
• Translate complex technical concepts related to authorization into clear docs for administrators.
• Work with AsciiDoc in a Docs-as-Code environment using IntelliJ IDE and GitHub.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of technical writing experience.
• Proven experience documenting complex software, preferably IAM or security products.
• Experience creating Markdown content.
• Experience managing multiple tickets, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Glean, Claude Code.
• Ability to quickly learn evolving features and navigate early-stage development environments.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary Range: $69,000 - $80,000 per year
