📋 Description

• Own documentation for one or more product areas with product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to stay aligned with releases.
• Build deep product-area expertise by testing tech and writing user-focused docs.
• Manage docs projects from planning to review, publication and maintenance.
• Advocate for user-focused docs; bring customer perspectives to product discussions.
• Improve docs structure and clarity using analytics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing; API docs, guides, and tutorials.
• Experience documenting complex software and environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Experience writing docs for SaaS, on-prem, or enterprise tech.
• Adapt content for engineers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code, Git, Markdown, and Docusaurus.
