Technical Writer - PostgreSQL

📋 Description

• Own the creation of clear, accurate, user-oriented technical documentation across the product
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and other writers to produce high-quality docs.
• Translate PostgreSQL and database concepts into accessible content for diverse users.
• Use Markdown, text, images, diagrams, and other formats to create documentation.
• Work in a docs-as-code environment with version-controlled workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the speed and quality of documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Writer.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience documenting complex software systems for technical audiences.
• Strong markup language familiarity, especially Markdown.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, and installing/configuring database server software.
• Experience with docs-as-code tools: Git, Jenkins, Markdown, HTML, and/or JavaScript.
