• Own docs quality and strategy across product knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years writing/editing content for web audiences.
• BA in English, Technical Communication, or related field.
• HTML formatting basics; strong English (C1+).
• Experience with templates, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS product content workflows and CMS.
• Ability to distill technical jargon for customers.
