Perform cGMP manufacturing operations in biologics production
Collaborate with engineers on set-up/calibration; rework and quality testing
Use programs (LIMS, SAP, automated control systems) to collect/evaluate data
Assist in developing methods/procedures to control/modifiy manufacturing processes
Shipping finished materials; maintain inventory; sampling
Cell culture from vial thaw to production scale; column chromatography; tangential flow filtration

🎯 Requirements

Associates degree in science or equivalent experience
Preferred 4+ years relevant experience; or Bachelor's with 2+ years
Strong understanding of job; ability to perform moderately difficult tasks
Independent worker, may act as informal team leader
